In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Domestic EU orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days. US orders arrive in 3–6 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is generated.

All peptides are lyophilized at the lab, sealed in tamper-evident vials, and packed with medical-grade cold packs inside an insulated mailer to maintain temperature in transit.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of a standard transit window. If your package shows visible damage or arrives more than 7 days after dispatch, photograph it before opening and contact us — we'll review and replace if needed.

Store unreconstituted vials at −20 °C for long-term use, or at 2–8 °C for short-term storage. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within the timeframe noted on the CoA.

Yes. Every vial is labelled with its batch ID, and the matching Certificate of Analysis lists recommended storage and stability data for that batch.

Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped product for safety and integrity reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken seal, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and vials. We will replace the affected items or refund the order.

Send us your testing report referencing the batch ID printed on the vial. If results materially diverge from the CoA, we will replace the batch or issue a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
